Handling the low cross to get up and distribute forward


Description

In this session we are focusing on handling the low cross to get up and distribute forward. The drill begins with the coach driving the ball low and the player diving low and handling. The player then gets up and distributes into the goal/gate. The player can either throw the ball into the goal or drop the ball and pass into the goal. Each set should consist of 4 - 6 reps and should be completed at least two times each side.
