Receiving to play and moving across goal to save
Description
In this practice we are focusing on receiving to play and moving across goal to save. The drill begins with the player receiving the ball on the back foot to touch and play into the goal/gate to replicate playing to their opposite CB. The player then shuffles around the cone and back towards goal to save a shot from the coach. The player should look always receive on the back foot when they are changing the direction of play. Each set should consist of 3 - 5 reps and should be completed at least two times each side per player.
