First time passes and moving sharply to save


Description

In this practice we are focusing on first time passes and moving sharply to save. The drill begins with the coach passing to the player who plays back first time. This continues until the coach shouts a number of a cone for the player to move to and back across goal to save low. The keeper should stay low and shuffle when they move across the goal. Each set should consist of 4 - 6 reps and should be completed at least three times.
