Moving to save at near post and from central areas


Description

In this practice we are focusing on moving to save at near post and from central areas. The drill begins with the player moving to furthest middle cone before moving across to the near post to save. The player then moves back to the middle of the goal to save a shot aimed at either corner. The player needs to stay light on their feet. Each set should consist of 3 - 5 reps and should be completed at least two times per side per player.
