Touch and distribute wide, quick movement to save


Description

In this practice we are focusing on touch and distribute wide, quick movement to save. The drill begins with the coach passing to the player who opens out and pass into the goal/gate to replicate passing to a CB/FB. The player then moves round the cone and back across goal to save. The player should stay low and light on their feet to move quickly. Each set should consist of 3 - 6 reps and should be completed at least two times per player each side.
