Dropping back to handle and moving across to save
Description
In this practice we are focusing on dropping back to handle and moving across to save. The drill begins with the player dropping back towards goal to then catch and handle the ball driven into the chest. The player then moves to one of the cones before moving back across the goal to save. The player should stay light on the feet to enable quick footwork to spring across and save. Each set should consist of 4 - 6 reps and should be completed at least three times.
