Catching to roll out, quickness to move and save


Description

In this session we are focusing on catching to roll out, quickness to move and save. The drill begins with the coach hitting the ball into the player for them to catch and then distribute into one of the goals/gates by throwing or rolling the ball. The player then moves to the cone and back across the goal to save a shot. The player should be light on their feet and retain a low body position when shuffling across goal. Each set should consist of 4 - 6 reps and should be completed at least three times.
