Fast feet to move across the goal and save


Description

In this session we are focusing on fast feet to move across the goal and save. The drill begins with the player moving to two of the cones. The player can move to any two cones each time. They need to ensure they maintain a body position ready to save and move the feet quickly. Once the player has moved to the second cone they move back in to save. If the player cannot handle the shot, they should parry the ball away from danger. Each set should consist of 4 - 8 reps and should be completed at least two times per side.
