Body shape and height to handle low and high
Description
In this session we are focusing on our body shape and height to handle low and high. The drill begins with the coach driving the ball low for the player to handle. The player then steps up and handles a ball driven in high. The players body shape and height should adjust in relation to how the shot is player. Each set should consist of 4 - 6 reps and should be completed at least three times.
