Quick feet and agility to save, up and distribute


Description

In this session we are focusing on quick feet and agility to save, up and distribute. The drill begins with the player moving up and round the cone to then save. The coach then throws a ball for the keeper to claim and then distribute by throwing into one of the goals/gates. The player should stay close to the cone when moving round and retain a low body shape. Each set should consist of 4 - 6 reps and should be completed at least three times.
