Reacting to save/close down with an obstructed view

Description

In this session we are focusing on reacting to save/close down with an obstructed view. The drill begins with the coach either shooting or passing into the player. If the coach shoots then the keeper looks to react to save whilst being obstructed by the player ahead. If the coach passes into the player, the keeper looks to close them down and save. The player may also look to deflect the ball when the coach shoots. The keeper should stay light on their feet and retain a low body shape to change direction and get out quickly.
