Quick reactions to deal with bouncing ball across goal
Description
In this session we are focusing on quick reactions to deal with bouncing ball across goal. The drill begins with the player side on at the near post and then shuffling towards the cone. As the player reaches the cone the coach then throws the ball to bounce off the floor with the player reacting quickly to travel and save away from goal. Body shape and footwork are important for the player to react quickly. Each set should consist of 4 - 6 reps.
