Quickness and footwork to get down low to handle and save

Description

In this session we are focusing on quickness and footwork to get down low to handle and save. The drill begins with the player jumping over the hurdle and then springing across to save down low. The player then moves round the cone and across the goal to handle/save. The player should stay light on their feet and retain a low body shape to spring across and low. Each set should consist of 4 - 6 reps and should be completed at least three times.
