Quick feet to claim the cross, get across the goal to save


Description

In this session we are focusing on quick feet to claim the cross, get across the goal to save. The drill begins with the player weaving through the cones and then claiming the cross. Once the player has secured the ball they look to move across the goal quickly to save. The player should bring the ball into the body to secure the cross. Each set should consist of 3 - 6 reps and should be completed at least two times per player each side.
