Fast and neat footwork to move across the goal and save


Description

In this session we are focusing on fast and neat footwork to move across the goal and save. The drill begins with the player moving up and through the cones to then push across the goal and save. The player then gets up and moves back round the near cone to push across and save again. The player should stay light on their feet and retain a low body position to move quickly. Each set should consist of 3 - 5 reps and should be completed at least two times each side.
