Quick feet and handling, move to the near post to save
Description
In this session we are focusing on quick feet and handling, move to the near post to save. The drill begins with the player backpedaling around the middle cone and then round the top cone before catching and handling the ball driven into the chest. The player then moves to touch the near post and position themselves to save. Each set should consist of 3 - 5 reps and should be completed at least two times each side.
