Handling and quick footwork to push across and save


Description

In this session we are focusing on handling and quick footwork to push across and save. The drill begins with the player moving up to catch and handle a ball played into the chest. The player then shuffles around the cones before moving across the goal to save. The player should ensure they stay light on their feet to shuffle swiftly and enable themselves to push across. Each set should consist of 4 - 6 reps and should be completed at least three times.
