Power and agility to push across the goal and save


Description

In this session we are focusing on power and agility to push across the goal and save. The drill begins with the player jumping over the hurdle and then pushing across the goal to save. The practice is then repeated moving the opposite way. The player should remain light on their feet and use a bend in the knees to power over the hurdles and land light to push back off. Each set should consist of 4 - 6 reps and should be completed at least three times.
