Pass and travel to save, react to get up and save point blank
Description
In this session we are focusing on passing and travelling to save, react to get up and save point blank. The drill begins with the player passing to the coach before travelling across the goal to save. The player then gets up quickly to be ready to save the second shot. The player looks to travel quickly and react quickly to enable themselves to make the save. Each set should consist of 2 - 4 reps and should be completed at least two times each side.
