Agility and quickness to change direction and react to save
Description
In this session we are focusing on agility and quickness to change direction and react to save. The drill begins with the player moving to one of the cones whilst still seeing the ball. Once the player has reached the cone they look to get back into a position to save. The coach should look to vary the shots either out their hands or off the floor. The player should ensure they stay light on their feet and aware of the ball at all times. Each set should consist of 4 - 6 reps and should be completed at least three times.
