Warm up: catching and handling shots into the body
Description
In this session we are focusing on catching and handling shots into the body. The drill begins with the player moving to touch the post and then catch and handle a shot from the coach volleyed into the body. The player then moves to get in line with their teammate who looks to drive a shot into the player. The player should stay strong behind the ball. Each set should consist of 4 - 6 reps and should be completed at least three times.
