Close down and save with the bridge, drop back to save
Description
In this session we are focusing on closing down to save with the bridge and dropping back to save. The drill begins with the coach moving to one of the outside balls with the player reacting to close down. The coach looks to shoot along the floor with the player saving using the bridge. Once the player has made the save they look to drop back to the middle of the cone to make a second save from a central area. Each set should consist of 4 - 6 reps and should be completed at least three times.
