Saving Wide & Reacting Centrally

Description

In this session we are focusing on saving in both wide and central areas. The drill begins with the keeper moving to the cone, before shuffling back an saving from a wide angle. The keeper then reacts to move centrally and save again. The poles are used as deflections and provide blind sports for the keeper to adapt to. The drill then starts from the opposite side. Each set should consist of 4-6 reps, and should be completed at least three times.
