Double movement to handle and fall onto the ball
Description
In this session we are focusing on double movement to handle and fall onto the ball. The drill begins with the player moving out to one of the cones before moving back to the middle. As the player moves back to the middle the coach looks to throw/bounce the ball to the side which the player moved to. The player looks to handle and fall onto the ball. They should ensure that they stay light on their feet to be able to push off quickly. Each set should consist of 4 - 6 reps and should be completed at least three times.
