Shuffle to catch and shuffle to dive and save
Description
In this session we are focusing on shuffling to catch and shuffle to dive and save. The drill begins with the player shuffling to the middle cone where the coach then kicks the ball into players chest for them to catch and protect. The player then shuffles back to the start and then across to the far side cone to save. The player should ensure that they stay light on their feet and retain a low body shape when shuffling. Each set should consist of 3 - 6 reps and should be completed at least two times each side.
