Shuffling across the goal to mirror the ball changing direction
Description
In this session we are focusing on shuffling across the goal to mirror the ball changing direction. The drill begins with the coach shouting a number which means the amount of cones the player will shuffle to before saving. The player looks to retain a low body shape and stay light on their feet to travel quickly and enable themselves to save high and low. Each set should consist of 4 - 6 reps and should be completed at least three times.
