Reacting to the attackers movement to position for the save

Description

In this session we are focusing on reacting to the attackers movement to position for the save. The drill begins with the coach facing away from the goal and moving around. The player looks to adapt to the coaches movement by shuffling across the goal. At any time the coach can turn and finish, with the player looking to react to save. Positioning plays a big factor as if the player puts themselves in the correct position they will narrow the chances of the player being able to score. Each set should consist of 4 - 6 reps and should be completed at least three times.
