First Touch & Passing
Description
In this session we are focusing on our players first touch and passing. The drill begins with the keeper moving forward and back through the cones, before moving out to receive. The keeper then takes a touch away from the pole/cone and plays through the gates. The pole should be used to demonstrate taking the ball away from the attacker. The player then repeats, starting on the opposite side, enabling the use of both feet. The drill should consist of 4-8 reps, and should be completed at least three times.
