Timing runs into space and receiving skills to finish

Set Up & Equipment

  • The player drops in first and must get in line with the mannequin to be onside before the ball is slid in

  • For the second finish the player can either run in front of the mannequin or peel off to receive

  • Players can swap sides after a set time or throughout

Set Up:

Depth: 30 yards

Width: 15 - 20 yards

Equipment:

  • Balls

  • Cones

  • Poles/Mannequins (Optional)
