• Crosses should be varied both in the air and on the floor

• If you have more players then work both ways

Set Up:

Depth: 35 - 40 yards total

Width: 40 yards

Equipment:

• Balls

• Bibs (If there is more than one group/defenders involved)

• Cones

• Poles/Mannequins (If possible)
