• 3rd man runner times their run to take the ball into space and not have to re adjust because they moved too early

Set Up:

Depth: 35 yards

Goal line to Mannequin: 20 yards

Mannequin to 3rd man: 10 yards

Width: 20 yards (Plus space for wide players)

Equipment:

• Balls

• Cones

• Mannequin/Poles (Optional)
