• In the first finish the player faces the coach who shouts which cone to move to before finishing

• Encourage the player to use both feet to finish

Set Up:

Depth: 25 yards

Goal line to Ball: 20 yards

Width: 40 yards (Or maximum available)

Equipment:

• Balls

• Cones

• Mannequin/Poles (Optional)
