Set Up & Equipment

• Timing of the runs should be reiterated to the players

• If you have one goalkeeper then have one side working and then the second side begins as the pass to the finisher is played

• Swap sides after a set time

Set Up:

Depth: 45 yards total

Goal Line to Cone one: 15 yards

Gap between each following cone: 15 yards

Deep zone to Setter: 15 yards

Width: 30 yards (From start point to pole)

Distance between start point & deep zone: 10 yards

Equipment:

• Balls

• Bibs

• Cones

• Poles (If possible)
