Set Up & Equipment

  • Striker can change over after every shot/goal or after a set amount of time

  • You can introduce a set amount of passes before a team can pass to their striker

Set Up:

Depth: 40 - 45 yards

Width: 20 - 25 yards

Equipment:

  • Balls

  • Bibs

  • Cones
