  • Players are locked in the zones to start

  • Team without the ball look to win the ball back and drive into the end zone or pass to the coach to swap over

  • Floaters on two touch max

Set Up:

Depth: 30 yards

Width: 20 yards

Equipment:

  • Balls

  • Bibs

  • Cones (Flat markers if possible)
