Set Up & Equipment

  • Every ball played by the coach is in the air

  • Both teams can score in both goals or you can set a goal for each team to score in

  • Remove the middle zone after a set time

  • More players can be added

Set Up:

Depth: 30 yards

2 x 15 yard zones

Width: 25 - 30 yards

Equipment:

  • Balls

  • Bibs

  • Cones (Flat Markers if possible)
