Quick play to open up space to dribble and finish

Set Up & Equipment

  • Players have to dribble into the final 3rd to score

  • Minimum of 3 passes before dribbling into the final 3rd

  • Players can be tracked by an opposing player in the final 3rd

  • Players are locked into their half to start and then that is removed as a progression

  • Floaters on two touch

Set Up:

Depth: 35 - 40 yards

Width: 30 yards

  • Bibs
