Set Up & Equipment

• Defending team are locked in out of possession to start

• Set a time limit to score once the ball is in the final 3rd

• Defending team don’t have to dribble into their final 3rd but it can be introduced

Set Up:

Depth: 50 yards total

Final 3rd: 30 yards

Midfield 3rd: 20 yards

Width: 30 yards

Equipment:

• Balls

• Bibs

• Cones (Flat Markers if possible)
