Set Up & Equipment

  • Players have to dribble into the end zone to score

  • Defenders can be locked in to start but don’t have to be

  • Player in the zone can change over

  • Defending team aim to score in the small goals

Set Up:

Depth: 50 yards total (2 x 20 yard areas)

Endzone: 10 yards

Floater area: 5 yards

Width: 30 yards

Floater area: 10 yards

Equipment:

  • Balls

  • Bibs

  • Cones (Flat Markers if possible)

  • Poles (Alternative to small goals)
