  • Players have to dribble into the end zone

  • Defender can change at any time

Set Up:

Depth: 50 yards

Outer zones: 2 x 15 yards

Middle area: 20 yards

Width: 30 yards

Equipment:

  • Balls

  • Bibs

  • Cones

  • Poles (Alternative to small sided goals)
