• Players attack and then defend

• Defender can score when they win the ball back

• Travel at speed and get the defender on the back foot

• Point for every goal

Set Up:

Depth: 30 yards

Width: 20 yards (10 between each cone, plus more space past the cones)

Equipment:

• Balls

• Bibs

• Cones
