• Both groups can be combined into one

• Movement from players without the ball should stretch the defenders

Set Up:

Depth: 50 yards total

Final 3rd: 20 yards

Middle zone: 20 yards

Middle zone to 3rd man: 5 yards

3rd man to Start point: 5 yards

Width: 20 yards
