  • Coach shouts which ball the players move to

  • Player in possession has to try and take the opposition player on before scoring

Set Up:

Depth: 40 yards

Width: 25 yards

Equipment:

  • Balls

  • Bibs

  • Cones

  • Poles (Alternative to small sided goals)
