Set Up & Equipment

• Whichever player gets back to the start point first receives the ball

• They have to travel to the middle box before moving to a gate

• If they attack the opposition gates = 3 pts

• Turn and dribble to their own gate = 1pt

Set Up:

Depth: 50 yards total

Start points to Middle area: 2 x 20 yards

Middle area: 10 yards

Width: 30 yards total

Gates to Middle area: 2 x 10 yards

Middle area: 10 yards

Equipment:

• Balls

• Bibs

• Cones
