Set Up & Equipment

• Have to take the defender on to score

• If the defender touches the ball then the attack is done

• Teams switch over after set amount of reps

• Combine each players goals for the teams points

Set Up:

Depth: 35 yards total

Box area: 15 yards

Distance between box and goal: 2 x 10 yards

Width: 35 yards total

Box area: 15 yards

Distance between box and goal: 2 x 10 yards

Equipment:

• Balls

• Bibs

• Cones (Flat markers if possible)

• Poles (Alternative to small sided goals)
