Set Up & Equipment

  • Players are locked into their zone to start but they can be removed as a progression

  • Have to drive past the line to score

Set Up:

Depth: 40 yards total

Central area: 20 yards

Outer zones: 2 x 10 yards

Width: 45 yards

3 x 15 yard zones

Equipment:

  • Balls

  • Bibs

  • Cones (Flat markers if possible)

  • Poles (Alternative to small sided goals)
