Set Up:

Depth: 30 yards total

Goal line to Start point: 10 yards

Start point to Mannequin: 10 yards

Mannequin to Passer: 10 yards

Width: 40 yards total

Dribbling area: 2 x 10 yards

Gap between Dribbling area and Mannequin: 2 x 5 yards

Middle area: 10 yards

Equipment:

• Cones
