Set Up & Equipment

• Players look to showcase close control and use of both feet when dribbling through the cones/poles

• A goal can be a point for their team if you want to make it competitive

Set Up:

Depth: 40 yards total

Dribbling area: 5 yards

Dribbling area to Highest player: 15 yards

Highest player to Goal line: 20 yards

Width: 40 yards total

Start point to Central area: 2 x 15 yards

Central area: 10 yards

Equipment:

• Balls

• Bibs (Optional)

• Cones

• Poles (If you have access to them)
