Set Up & Equipment

  • Defenders in the defensive and middle 3rd are locked in to start

  • Attacking team have to dribble into the final 3rd but that can change as a progression

Set Up:

Depth: 70 yards total

Defensive 3rd: 25 yards

Middle zone: 10 yards

Final 3rd: 35 yards (20 yards scoring area)

Width: 40 yards total (2 x 20 yard areas)

Equipment:

  • Balls

  • Bibs

  • Cones (Flat Markers if possible)
