Set Up & Equipment

• Blue wide players are locked in until the ball travels to the red wide player

• Blues have to dribble into their end zone

• Outside players can change over

Set Up:

Depth: 40 yards total

Middle & Wide areas: 30 yards

Endzone: 10 yards

Width: 60 yards total

Middle area: 30 yards

Defensive wide area: 2 x 5 yards

Attacking wide area: 2 x 10 yards

Equipment:

• Balls

• Bibs

• Cones (Flat Markers if possible)
